		GAM Entertainment Building Los Angeles, CA Architect for a new 36,000 square foot building consisting of offices, theatre lighting show room, storage, a rehearsal facility for The Los Angeles Opera company and subterranean parking. Construction on this building was recently completed. It is clad with corrugated metal and uses structural steel sections as solar control devices.
		El Camino Hospital Mountain View, CA Architect for a two story over subterranean garage Health Services Building with a seven-operating-room surgery center on the first floor and two MRI's, radiology and administration on the second floor for the El Camino Community Hospital District. Solar control fins provide sun protection and define the building form. The exterior is finished with baked enamel metal panels to match the existing AKU building.
		Cuesta Park Medical Center Mountain View, CA Medical offices (initially with ambulatory surgery center) with natural lighting "wells" and solar control devices. The cedar exterior materials and building form relate to the existing surrounding context.

		Cahuenga Office Building North Hollywood, CA A 80,000 square foot building shell and tenant improvements over subterranean garage for Disney Productions. The sawtooth plan shape at the front elevation delineates executive office suites each with its own west facing window for optimum views and daylight.
		Sawtelle Office Building West Los Angleles, CA 40,000 square foot office building shell with tenant improvements over two-level garage. The building overhangs provide solar control and there is a "light shelf" to reduce the amount of dependence on electrical fixtures. The stepped upper floors allow for exterior courtyard areas.
		Ventura Blvd. Office Building Woodland Hills, CA Building shell and tenant improvements for a 20,000 square foot office building over garage with solar control devices on the East, South and West sides of the building. The building is on a sloping site with the garage entry at the lower side at the rear, which allows for the main entry at the first floor level.
